GENERAL MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

1.         Caulking begins April 1^st  completion time of 4 weeks   

2.         Deck Staining

            Every 3 Years   Will be stained in 2012

            Begins May 1^st  completion time 3 weeks

3.         Roof Inspections and gutter inspections

            Twice a year

            First  begins April 15^th completion time 2 weeks

            Second begins November 15^th  completion time 2 weeks

4.         Power washing of dryvit for stains and mud dobbers

            Begins September 15^th completion time 4 weeks

5.         Railings at Via Bacino

            Every 6 years  will be repainted in 2012

6.         Dryvit repairs

            Inspect and repair any impact damage and bird holes

            Completed throughout the year
